1.     Promote individual student growth in all content areas

2.     Create and maintain an environment that is safe and conducive for learning

3.     Promote positive attendance for students and staff

4.     Increase parental and community involvement

5.     Increase the number of students scoring early on, mid or above grade level in Reading by 40% on the EOY iReady diagnostic assessment.

6.     Increase the number of students scoring early on grade level in Math by 40% on the EOY iReady diagnostic assessment.

7.     70% of students meeting end of year target on the Kindergarten Readiness Assessment (KRA)
